Creole Walker

General Manager/Coach

Creole is a performance-focused trainer with five years of experience helping clients build strength, improve movement, and gain confidence in their bodies. With a college background in Exercise and Physiological Science, Creole blends formal education with practical coaching experience to create safe, effective, and sustainable training programs.

Specializing in cross-training/MetCon, strength training, HIIT, and functional fitness, Creole works with individuals of all levels—from beginners starting their fitness journey to competitive athletes striving for peak performance.

A former strongman competitor with experience in wrestling, basketball, track, and fastpitch softball, Creole brings a well-rounded athletic perspective to training. Additional experience includes assisting as a strength and conditioning coach for high school rugby and football and supporting powerlifting competitions, strengthening expertise in building power, resilience, and long-term performance.

Creole emphasizes not only results, but education—helping clients understand the principles behind movement and training so they can build confidence, move efficiently, and achieve lasting progress.

Dr. Joe Rellora is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 10 years of experience working across a variety of clinical settings. Throughout his career, he has helped individuals recover from injury, restore function, and return to the activities they value most.

While grounded in rehabilitation, Dr. Rellora has developed a strong passion for functional strength training. He believes performance and longevity go hand in hand, and his approach bridges the gap between physical therapy and high-level training. With safety as his top priority, he emphasizes proper movement mechanics, progressive loading, and individualized programming to ensure clients build strength without compromising long-term health.

In addition to coaching, Dr. Rellora provides on-site physical therapy services for members—supporting those who require close monitoring while transitioning back to training, as well as individuals aiming to elevate their performance to the next level. Whether recovering from injury or pursuing peak performance, Joe offers the expertise and guidance to help clients move confidently and train with purpose.
